Do you want to eat healthier?... compost your food and garden waste?... reduce your household energy footprint and save money? Are you itching to get your moves on, and inspire family or workmates to get on their bikes to school or work?
Choose one or many challenges and stick with it for 4 weeks. Pick an easy step or stretch out of your comfort zone.
Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll support you along the way with tips and tricks, and you will be in with a chance to win some great prizes! Take a closer look at each category and find challenges that are right for you.

2. Choose your challenges
Choose at least one challenge that you can do for the four weeks. There is something here for everyone, whether you are looking to take first steps or if you want to really stretch yourself to live more sustainably.
3. Collect Points
Compete with other participants and be rewarded for completing your chosen challenges by earning points.
All challenges are graded as first steps, next steps or a stretch. Points are awarded either for the number of days, the difficulty, or number of items completed each week. For example, you earn one point per kilometre not travelled by private vehicle, three points for making an effort to connect to an environmental group, or five points per days you are commit to only buy New Zealand produced foods!

4. Be part of our collective impact
Each week we will ask you to record your achievements. At the end of the challenge we will share our collective achievement - we will all be able to see how small, easy steps can equal big environment impact!
